Numerous residents and employees have tested positive for COVID-19

April 1, 2020

Residents, Families and Partners,

We are writing with a further update regarding COVID-19 and its impact on our community. Despite our focused efforts and our adoption of CDC-recommended infection control practices, COVID-19 continues to affect our residents and staff.

We now have numerous residents and employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. All COVID-positive residents are isolated in the memory care section of the community. All COVID-positive staff members are quarantined at home and will not return to the community until they are cleared of all symptoms and permitted to return under the direction of the CDC and local health department. We are working closely with the local health department and following their instructions.

As you can imagine, we are continuing to prohibit in-person visits. We have set up a new video link you may use to video chat with your loved ones. To do so, simply call me at (425) 885-4157 to schedule a time, so that we can coordinate with the resident. Then, at the scheduled time, visit https://doxy.me/redmondheightsseniorliving, which will take you to the video portal to chat with your loved one.

We are again grateful for your patience and support in this challenging time. We will keep you updated as conditions develop.

Sincerely,

The Redmond Heights Team
